Hi, my name is Jonathan and I want to begin a degree in London Metropolitan University.
The thing is, although I was born in Israel, I moved to Spain at the age of 13 due to my father's work. The problem, though, is that i am still not considered european, therefore I will have to pay the 12,000 pounds international fee.
Bearing in mind that I am still an israeli national and citizen, I was brought here to search for information regarding what kind of help the state of Israel can give me to start my undergraduate degree (Toar Rishon).
